Payment of the full stand fee is required upon issue of the booking confirmation and is non-refundable. All cancellations must be received in writing. Completion of this booking form constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Stand prices at the Four Oaks Trade Show vary depending on location (House/Area) and the size of stand selected.

Allocation of Trade Stand
Exhibitors may indicate preferred stand locations; however, final stand allocation is determined solely by Four Oaks Trade Show. Four Oaks Trade Show reserves the right to amend or relocate any stand at any time before or during the Event.
Four Oaks Trade Show does not grant exclusivity for any product or service and retains full discretion over the number of exhibitors offering similar or identical products or services.
